It has been a few days since the last update. Things have really progressed here at the Crown building site. The scaffold is up all around the building. The painters have stopped swearing about the condition of the paint/stone and woodwork and the wall has been finished to the side of the pub. There are new emergency lights as well now and that awful wall to the side of the front of the pub now looks lovely. The new toilet floors should be in place next week as will the new beer lines from the cellar to the bar, which will make my already wonderful beer ;) more lovely :) :) more updates to come and we are open this weekend as normal. come along and see the progress.
