It has been a great year for us reflecting on 2014. I was sitting here at my desk and happened to look back on 2014. We got a chance to play all over a four state region with thousands of miles on the vehicle. It appears this is the end of the road for us. We have decided for sure to move to the Mat-Su Valley in Alaska - June 2015. Thanks for all the fun rounds, the great conversations, and always having that feeling of being welcomed to every event we played in. You guys and gals are going to be hard to beat as a disc golfing crowd. If I had to pick my favorite event...I felt it was a two way tie. The 2014 Minnesota Ams Championships - May 3-4 (St. Paul, MN - Kaposia...the Demon Course or as I call it) was a blast... definitely a great event. Thanks so much Tom Marcus and Tyler McNair. Way to go guys!! The other event was the 2014 SD State Championship mid-September (Spearfish, SD)...great event to everyone that put that together. Scott Caesar, Don Altmeyer, and many more. Honorable mentions....Steady Ed Memorial, Mitchell Open, Minnesota Majestic. In Pierre...were honored to have the 2014 World Champion Henry Dissell and his dad, Marc Dissell join us at the Steady Ed Memorial. Last but not least....i am going to surely miss our disc golf buddy... Josh Wishard. Our Sharpe Shooters DGC crew built a memorial at the Oahe Downstream course in memory of Josh and his brother Cameron.
