It has been a painful and difficult couple of days for the Shewry family. Two days ago their beloved dog Max was hit by a car and passed away shortly thereafter. Yesterday the family traveled out to the hills to lay Max to rest. Today Lindsi was running a fever and her counts werent good. They are now preparing to fly her back down to Stanford. They have started her on antibiotics and her fever is now down. She is being taken down to Stanford so they can get the infection in her body under control and her white count back up. Currently her count is at zero. Despite all of this, Lindsi continues to keep a positive attitude and is staying in good spirits. Please send positive thoughts to the Shewry family as they grieve the loss of their dear dog Max. We also ask that you pray for safe travels for the family and a speedy recovery for Lindsi so that she may return back home very soon.
