It has been a very busy week. Worked some more cattle then transferred them to another farm we lease. The hay is getting cut and baled and if you need someone, the crew doing our hay is top notch. Had a calf born 3 days ago which was joyful but unfortunately it didnt make it and I found it about 30 minutes to late or it might have lived. The miniature pigs are going, we only have the 4 castrated males left and Christy and I are socializing them every night. Farmers market is tomorrow and this is all following my knee surgery last week. We are busy but we enjoy what we do. Come see us at the Osage Beach Farmers Market on Saturday from 9 to 1 and pick up the beef you need. Oh almost forgot, we smoked a leg of lamb on the new Traeger wood pellet grill Christy bought me for memorial day, fathers day, and my birthday, it was amazing. Anyone hungry?
