It has been observed in the past that whenever,US and Pakistan are about to get engaged in strategic talks ,tension somewhere in the close neighborhood is created ! There can be only two plausible reasons for this: 1) To subvert talks between the two countries by raising a fresh issue . or 2) It is planned beforehand by a nexus to put Pakistan under pressure before the talks begin . The recent LoC violations by India apparently relates to one of the above cited reasons.Since,it coincided with US,Secretary of State,John Kerry last recent visit and now in continuity of the Afghan Presidents scheduled visit early next week and the trilateral meeting in New York.
