It has been said that pets are the victims of whoever owns them, and FRAN is certainly feeling the truth of that statement tonight. FRAN entered the ACC system when his owner was evicted, an event which FRAN could neither predict nor prevent. No matter what happens to the humans in the former household, they will not be given lethal injections for failing to pay the rent; that unfortunate penalty falls to the innocent pets. FRAN is about one years old and was a loved family pet until 9/25. This is a cat who should easily transition into any new home. Please advocate for FRAN tonight.
