It has been widely reported that the DPP has asked (directed is the word inspite of EACC being an independent constitutional commission) to look into the Nandi Hills MPs rants and threats. This is with the view that something is going to happen. I will not hold my breath and neither should you. No doubt, Keter has been a pain and now those who were after him have the right ammo. His opponents have an ace. My take, a court case might be opened but it followed by many adjournments and while this is happening, Keter is rehabilitated and made to toe the line. If he is not clipped through the courts, investigations are done and an active file kept alive. In the future, this file will be opened, whenever Keter goes astray.
