It has come to our notice that one of our major contestant refrain himself from contesting a position of vice president simply because of religious sentiments. Respected members of this our great association lets be aware; The sole foundation of NSA-CUU is not base on religious sentiments rather it is based on equity and transparency. NSA-CUU is an association open to all Nigerians irrespective of tribe or religion. Each member of this association is free to willingly comeout or volunteer to contest for any position. What weve learnt so far is that some of our members frustrated one of our major contestant simply because he is a christian. They were quoted to have been saying Wallahi ni bazan zabi christian ba (meaning I swear to God Ill not vote for a christian). As the contestant realize what was circulating, he subsequently withdraw from the race. Members let me ask you, is this a welcome development? The Answer is totally No Members we have to know and understand that what we need is deliverance, we need leaders to deliver us, take us a step ahead, bring development for us, solve our problems, comeout with reliable solutions, lead us through, and finally guide us towards achieving our vision & objectives. We simply need a dedicated & obedient hardworker not a CHRISTIAN neither a MUSLIM but a responsible well educated Gentleman. Finally for us to attain total success we must say no to tribalism, we must say no to corruption and we must vote wisely irrespective of tribe or religion. God Bless NSA-CUU!! God Bless Nigeria.
