It honestly amazes me how big of a gap their is between international ball and the NBA. The U.S. Roster is playing with almost 2nd and 3rd string stars of the NBA. Half of the roster have never been All-Stars in the NBA. These US guys have never even played together before! Most of these international teams have been together for years. Yet they continue to dominate and rout international teams. This is honestly why i dont have high expectations for international players coming into the NBA. Especially big men!! The transition is just to big. And i think my expectations have been reasonably justified. Their has rarely been international franchise players. And yet their has been some good NBA starters who are international players, its seems like getting these players are like getting a diamond in a rough.
