It is Saturday evening. This week has been full of challenges: serious surgeries, funeral of Mabel Beougher, death of Dave Morris, teaching classes at OCU, preaching at Reflections, preparing SS lesson, and Sunday evening lesson. All of this has been a blessing as I have sensed the strength of Jesus. Sunday, tomorrow, and I relish the thought of seeing Gods people at FMC. I anticipate their smiles, their needs and their friendship. What a great church family! I deeply value those who serve on staff with me, teachers of classes, coffee preparers, and the joy of giving. My prayer is for a genuine moving of the Holy Spirit on our moments together.
