It is September 2014, and the world population has already reached 8 Billion, and is set at least to double by 2050 - an unsustainable amount of human beings for our fragile planet to support without drastic population reduction by conflict & starvation. In present day Bochum, Germany a time-traveller from the future arrives. He has been here many times before during human history to control the population by means of a deadly and incurable virus. He has nothing with him apart from clothes upon his back and a briefcase containing the single phial of the deadly bacteria he must release into the water supply. He waits patiently in a bar for the signal to release the virus. Whilst sitting there he strikes-up a conversation with a beautiful young girl who he gradually realises is his soul-mate and the love of his life who he is about to kill. Based on an excellent short film called Die Gaetner by Roxanne Film & Video (Kanzem Germany).
