It is WINTER and I know it is HUMAN NATURE to complain about the weather but there is a segments of working people that have no choice but to be out in it or have to deal with it. I have found those are the people that do not complain about it; they are happy to have their jobs. I watched the other day as the trash refuse truck was making it stops with the wind blowing snow in the workers face; I also saw cars that were behind the truck passing him making him stand longer in the cold. I was the fifth car and I waited for him to get back across. I was sitting in a warm car so it was easy to make that decision to wait while another human being was freezing doing his job. Our daughter, Sara Garver, works for a non profit business that doesnt heat its warehouse. She is the warehouse manager and she has to layer a lot of clothes to do her job; which she does. Our son- in-law, Nick Garver, is a fire personnel. He is out in the cold when there is a call, layers of clothes under heavy fire gear, which he does because it is calling. Many of our customers work outside and they come in with a smile because their day is done and a hot pizza to take home is waiting for them. Its called HUMAN NATURE versus MOTHER NATURE. Get a grip people!
