It is a law of physics... you do something , you get a result, you want a different result do something different. Learn new skills, languages, make a list of things you may want to do but are scared of... then do them... weed out negative people from your life. .. dont go back or forward... first is nostalgia the latter is anticipation. .. Both a waste of time... stay focussed on here and now. .. every morning that you wake up, remember that death has handed you over to life again... feel your breath deep within with gratitude and enjoy life like never before. ..everything will change... Always for the better.
