It is a sad, sad day... (and, a long letter). It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing that jb and me will be CLOSING the doors for the last time on February 28, 2015. While the past 23+ years have been amazing and I have made some great friends, it is time for me to retire. When I started the store in 1991, I never thought I would be able to walk away, but as you age, you realize that your priorities change. As I watch my son graduate from high school this year, I am ready to make a change. I am ready to spend quality time with my family and watch all the changes take place! And while I will miss the store beyond all comprehension, I know the time is right for me to let it go. I have recently entertained offers to buy the store and will continue to do so until closing, but it is time to put a end date on my task of wrapping up what I began so many years ago. So, should you have a hankering to own an amazing childrens store, please give me a call and we can talk. *I have some awesome girls that can show you the ropes ;). I do thank each and every one of you for your support, patronage, and most of all, friendship. I will miss you all terribly. I am not sure I knew how hard this would really be!!! I have become very close to quite a few of you and have seen your babies born, children graduate, get married, and even have their own babies. Thank you for these memories. They are what it was all about! Please stop by and say hi/bye if you get a chance as we will be running specials every week until the doors close. *Watch your email for those specials.
