Thank you Kate for sharing your sto Over the past few years, I have suffered with several (minor) complaints, such as depression, lower thyroid function, low energy, difficulties losing weight, hair loss, etc. I tried everything, spent a bomb on supplements, but nothing seemed to work. Until recently, when someone mentioned fluoride in the water to me (not in this context though). I started googling it and found your site and also your youtube videos. It seemed to me that the complaints I had, could very well be the result of water fluoridation. I decided straight away to avoid all tap water. I am two weeks into it now and my metabolism seems to work at a normal rate again and my energy levels have jumped!
