It is always my pleasure. Make sure you ask me everything you have questions on dear sister! Here is the truth about Hell. IS HELL A REAL PLACE? I have posted some of this before, but I have made a many changes to it, so even if you read it before and want to read it again you will get some new things from it. I like to post it for new people and because there are so many people that don’t understand it. They have this false fear that they have been given by the false teachings of the wolves that want to try and scare people for many reasons; money is a big one of them, another is to get people to follow them. Many people still think they can buy their way into the Kingdom, notice I didn’t say Heaven. I use lots of scriptures to show that when we die we don’t go to Hell or to Heaven. I like to let the scriptures do the talking sometimes and where I just connect the dots for you. Hell is not a real place; like most Main Stream Christianity teaches it or even some Hebrew Roots people still believe and teach it. Hell simply means the grave as the main definition used: .H7585 שׁאל שׁאול sheo^l sheo^l sheh-ole, sheh-ole From H7592; hades : - grave, hell, Gehenna. It is a real place as an all burning forever hell fire. Hell vs. Sheol and Hades We first begin by eliminating the problem of the King James Version of the Bible that introduced indiscriminately by translating three different words in their Bible as hell: sheol and Hades Sheol Used of Unseen In the first covenant writings, the word for which hell is given in the King James Version use of sheol, a word whose root meaning is “unseen.” The King James Version translates sheol as “hell” 31 times, “the grave” 31 times (since someone in the grave is unseen), and “the pit” three times. Can you see how deceiving they were with this word and not even explaining it properly and then by switching it up so many times as the same thing? Yet in the first covenant writings sheol was not exclusively a place of punishment, for faithful Jacob was there (Gen. 37.35, 42.38, 44.29, 31). Righteous Job also longed for it in Job 14.13. David spoke of going to sheol in Ps. 49.15 and יהושע Messiah went there, Ps. 16.10 and Acts 2.24-31. In all these cases, these men were “unseen” because they were dead. Sheol Used of National Judgments Many times the KJV uses the word sheol of national judgments, i.e., the vanishing of a nation. In Isa. 14.13, 15, Isaiah said Babylon would go to sheol, and she vanished. In Ezk. 26.19-21, Tyre so vanished in sheol. Likewise, in the writings of יהושע Messiah, in Mt. 11.23, 12.41, Lk. 10.15, and 11.29-32, יהושע Messiah said that Capernaum would so disappear. These nations and cities didn’t go to a particular location, but they were going to disappear, and they did. They were destroyed. Thus, sheol is used commonly of national judgments in both the first covenant writings and the writings of יהושע Messiah. Hades Used of Anything Unseen The writings of יהושע Messiah’s and Sha’ul’s equivalent of sheol is hades, which occurs only eleven times. Like its synonym sheol, the King James Version translates the word “hell.” However, the correct translation is hades, or the unseen. Other translations of scripture don’t use hades exclusively for a place of punishment. Luke 16 pictures righteous Lazarus there. Acts 2.27, 31 says יהושע Messiah went there. In I Cor. 15.55, Paul used the same word when he said, “O grave, where is thy victory?” In Rev. 1.18, יהושע Messiah said he had the controlling keys of death and hades, the unseen, and in Rev. 6.8, death and hades followed the pale horse. Finally, in Rev. 20.13, 14, death and hades gave up the dead that were in them, and were then cast into the lake of fire. These verses illustrate that hades refers to anything that is unseen. Hades Used of National Judgment Like its companion word in the first covenant writings, hades was also plainly used of national judgments in the writings of יהושע Messiah. In Mt. 11.23 and Lk. 10.15, יהושע Messiah said Capernaum would go down into hades, i.e., it was going to vanish. In Mt. 12.41 and Lk. 11.29-32, יהושע Messiah said his generation of Judah/Yahudah was going to fall. About hades in Greek mythology: In Greek mythology Hades was the god of the underworld, then the name of the nether world itself. Charon ferried the souls of the dead across the rivers Styx or Acheron into this abode, where the watchdog Cerberus guarded the gate so none might escape. The pagan myth contained all the elements for medieval eschatology: there was the pleasant Elyusium, the gloomy and miserable tartarus, and even the Plains of Asphodel, where ghosts could wander who were suited for neither of the above...The word hades came into biblical usage when the Septuagint translators chose it to represent the He¬brew sheol, a first covenant writings concept vastly different from the pagan Greek notions just outlined. Sheol, too, received all the dead...but the first covenant writings has no specific division there involving either punishment or reward. (Edward William Fudge, The Fire That Consumes [Houston: Providential Press, 1982], p. 205.) We need to make sure that our ideas concerning hades come from Scripture and not Greek mythology. There should be no problem using sheol the way the first covenant writings used it, or hades, as the Sha’ul’s writings and יהושע Messiah’s wrings used it. Both refer to the dead who are unseen, and to national judgments. So is Hell really and all fiery place where we burn forever and ever? It is just the dust of the earth, the dirt, the ground. This is the place where they dig a whole and burry you when you die if you are cremated. No so many people want to fight against this theory. They want to fight against burning forever and ever. There are two other things besides the many, many scriptures that we will go through that we must learn as part of this bigger picture. 1. The soul doesn’t live forever and 2. When we die we don’t go to Heaven either. So if we don’t have a soul that can live forever it just doesn’t work for this false teaching to be true. I will post another teaching about the Soul that doesn’t live forever later. Now when we study scripture it is so very important that when we do this that we don’t get hung up on one verse or even one chapter and parable. This is not how one studies the scriptures. In order to really understand the scriptures one must take all the scriptures and put them together to get the bigger picture. We also have to think about the plan that Father Yah has for mankind. Most importantly putting all of the pieces of the puzzle together to see what it looks like when we are done. I have ran into so many people that get hung up on just one or two details and then throw out the other 30, because they like the 2 better. We should not take this personal or think that our reputation is at stake if we are given a bunch of scriptures that are much more than the one or the two or the one parable as so many are now doing these days. That is not being as a little child and wanting to learn. This is being very stubborn and not understanding how to study scripture. Now when I tell people this some of them get really upset and call me all kinds of names. They tell me how arrogant and rude I am mostly, because I have just explained to them the proper way to study the scriptures by not getting hung up on the things I have already explained. There is a lake of fire that will be the second death for some, but it is not an everlasting burning place, like depicted by Dantes Inferno book. That is where this false teaching came from. The Dead know nothing until the resurrection. When you die you dont go to heaven or hell. This is all false teaching. I am going to let the scriptures do some of the talking. There are so many scriptures that talk against it and are very easy to understand. Dan 12:2 and many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth wake up, some to everlasting life, and some to reproaches, everlasting abhorrence. Dan 12:3 “And those who have insight shall shine like the brightness of the expanse, and those who lead many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever. Job 14:12 and man shall lie down and not rise. Till the heavens are no more, they awake not, nor are aroused from their sleep. Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and death and the grave gave up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Rev 20:14 And the death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death.1 Footnote: 1See 2:11, 20:6, 21:8. Rev 20:15 And if anyone was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. Psa 115:17 The dead do not praise Yah, Nor any going down to silence. Psa 115:18 But we, we bless Yah Now and forever. Praise Yah! Ecc 9:5 For the living know that they shall die, but the dead know naught, nor do they have any more reward, for their remembrance is forgotten. Ecc 9:6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy have now perished; and they no longer have a share in all that is done under the sun. 1Co 15:50 And this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood is unable to inherit the reign of Elohim, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. 1Co 15:51 See, I speak a secret to you: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 1Co 15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. I won’t go much further into the Rapture at this time as I have another teaching on it, but just think why would the Dead be ruptured and why would this happen at the last trump? What do the dead need to be saved from during the great tribulation? This doesn’t follow scripture. Scripture says Messiah comes at the end of the tribulation not before it! Mat 24:29 “And immediately after the distress1 of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. Footnote:1Or pressure. Mat 24:30 “And then the sign of the Son of Ad_am shall appear in the heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Ad_am coming on the clouds of the heaven with power and much esteem. Now lots of people try to use this verse for the rapture, they don’t bother to read the rest of the verses. 1Co 15:53 For this corruptible has to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality. 1Co 15:54 And when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall come to be the word that has been written, “Death is swallowed up in overcoming.” 1Co 15:55 “O Death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your overcoming?” Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. So this is clearly not talking about the rapture at all now is it? 1Th 4:13 Now, brothers, we do not wish you to be ignorant concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you be sad as others who have no expectation. 1Th 4:14 For if we believe that יהושע died and rose again, so also Elohim shall bring with Him those who sleep1 in יהושע. Footnote: 1An euphemism for death, a typical Hebrew word for it. 1Th 4:15 For this we say to you by the word of the Master, that we, the living who are left over at the coming of the Master shall in no way go before those who are asleep. 1Th 4:16 Because the Master Himself shall come down from heaven with a shout, with the voice of a chief messenger, and with the trumpet of Elohim, and the dead in Messiah shall rise first. 1Th 4:17 Then we, the living who are left over, shall be caught away together with them in the clouds to meet the Master in the air – and so we shall always be with the Master. 1Th 4:18 So, then, encourage one another with these words. Most Christians confuse this for the rapture and it is not the rapture it is the 1st resurrection. Since they don’t believe or even teach about the first and second resurrection it is easy for them to explain this away and say it is the rapture. The blind leading the blind. The rapture as envisioned by the masses was invented by a guy called Cotton Mather who was a preacher in the 1700s he was also famous for being terrified of witches and so he condemned many poor women and a few men to death at a little place called Salem, sure some of you have heard of that place. It is totally illogical to think we will be raptured out before the time of trouble that is coming upon the world. These can be another set of scriptures that are hard for people to grasp. Mar 9:43 “And if your hand makes you stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life crippled, than having two hands, to go into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire, Mar 9:44 where ‘their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ Mar 9:45 “And if your foot makes you stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life crippled, than having two feet, to be thrown into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire, Mar 9:46 where ‘their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ Mar 9:47 “And if your eye makes you stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter into the reign of Elohim with one eye, than having two eyes, to be thrown into the fire of Gehenna, Mar 9:48 where ‘their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ Gehenna is the Greek spelling of the Hebrew term, Ge Hinnom, for the Valley of Hinnom, the place outside Jerusalem where garbage, trash, dead animals, and even executed criminals were disposed of. Fires continually burned to get rid of the trash and the bodies. Worms would live in whatever had not been consumed by the fires so it seemed as though the worm would not die. The smoke, fires and worms were a constant reminder to the residents and visitors to Jerusalem of the descriptions of Sheol, so Gehenna was used as a synonym for Sheol. From early in the history of Israel this valley was used for human sacrifices, offerings of babies to the heathen god, Moloch. Joshua 15: is the earliest reference, the Josh 18:16, 2 Chron. 28:3, and Jer. 7:32, 19:2,6, 32:35, 2Kings 23:10 uses the full name of the valley, valley of the Sons of Hinnom. Hinnom means wailing, lamentation. Rev 14:3 And they sang a renewed song before the throne, and before the four living creatures, and the elders. And no one was able to learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. Psa 6:5 For in death there is no remembrance of You; Who gives You thanks in the grave? Joh 3:12 “If you do not believe when I spoke to you about earthly matters, how are you going to believe when I speak to you about the heavenly matters? Joh 3:13 “And no one has gone up into the heaven except He who came down from the heaven – the Son of Ad_ am. Job 14:12 and man shall lie down and not rise. Till the heavens are no more, they awake not, nor are aroused from their sleep. Ecc 9:5 For the living know that they shall die, but the dead know naught, nor do they have any more reward, for their remembrance is forgotten. Rev 20:2 And he seized the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, Rev 20:3 and he threw him into the pit of the deep, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should lead the nations no more astray until the thousand years were ended. And after that he has to be released for a little while. Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones – and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them – and the lives of those who had been beheaded because of the witness they bore to יהושע and because of the Word of Elohim, and who did not worship the beast, nor his image, and did not receive his mark upon their foreheads or upon their hands. And they lived and reigned with Messiah for a thousand years Rev 20:5 (and the rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended) – this is the first resurrection. Rev 20:6 Blessed and set-apart is the one having part in the first resurrection. The second death possesses no authority over these, but they shall be priests of Elohim and of Messiah, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. Rev 20:10 And the devil, who led them astray, was thrown into the lake of fire and sulphur where the beast and the false prophet are. And they shall be tortured day and night forever and ever. Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne and Him who was sitting on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before the throne, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged from what was written in the books, according to their works. You really have to read the two verses before 10 and 11 to get the context. Rev 14:8 And another messenger followed, saying, “Bab_el is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her whoring.” Rev 14:9 And a third messenger followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark upon his forehead or upon his hand, Rev 14:10 he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of Elohim, which is poured out undiluted into the cup of His wrath. And he shall be tortured with fire and sulphur before the set-apart messengers and before the Lamb. THIS IS TALKING ABOUT THE DAY OF JUDGMENT AGAINST BABEL Rev 14:11 “And the smoke of their torture goes up forever and ever. And they have no rest day or night, those worshipping the beast and his image, also if anyone receives the mark of his name.” Now this is just a saying that their torture and smoke goes up forever and ever. They have no rest day or night because they are dead, this is the second death. They are thought of no longer. They are ashes under our feet. They can’t actually still have torture going on when we have been told already they will be ash. One’s punishment is torcher day and night when they are no longer there or thought of for the rest of eternity! Mal_4:3 “And you shall trample the wrongdoers, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this,” said יהוה of hosts. So now we come to what is going to happen to Ha Shatan/ Satan. We are already told above, but this next scripture goes a little bit further. Eze 28:18 “You profaned your set-apart places by your many crookednesses, by the unrighteousness of your trading. Therefore I brought forth fire from your midst. It has devoured you, and I turned you to ashes upon the earth before the eyes of all who see you. Eze 28:19 “All who knew you among the peoples were astonished at you. Waste you shall be, and cease to be, forever.” ’ ” So if there is no longer a Satan who will there be to Run the all fiery burning Hell? This throws a big monkey wrench in their teach also, because this teaching goes along with him running the place! Rev 20:10 And the devil, who led them astray, was thrown into the lake of fire and sulphur where the beast and the false prophet are. Those that worship the Anti-Messiah and receive the mark will not have their names written in the book of life. So if their name is not in the book of life then that means they are dead. No life! So there is a lake of fire for eternal punishment, but this is not going to be an everlasting thing. The human body burns up very fast and turns to ash as we are told. I will quote the verse again; Mal 4:3 “And you shall trample the wrongdoers, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this,” said יהוה of hosts. And they lived and reigned with Messiah for a thousand years Rev 20:15 And if anyone was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. When it talks about their torture goes up forever and ever. This is an expression. They will have torment forever, because they will no longer exist. We know that in the kingdom there will be no more death, no more pain, no more sorrow. There is not two places going on at the same time. You either make it into the Kingdom or you are dead. That is why it is called the second Death and I have three verses for you on this. Rev 2:11 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He who overcomes shall by no means be harmed by the second death. Rev 20:6 Blessed and set-apart is the one having part in the first resurrection. The second death possesses no authority over these, Rev 21:8 “But as for the cowardly, and untrustworthy, and abominable, and murderers, and those who whore, and drug sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the false, their part is in the lake which burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death.” So again a second death is very clear. It would not say second death it would not even mention those two words “Second Death”, it would just say they were thrown into the lake of fire. Now moving along we see that we have a strong comparison given to us between the Second Death and what the New Heaven and New Earth will be like. Verse four is extremely important to pay attention to. Rev 21:1 And I saw a renewed heaven and a renewed earth, for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. Rev 21:2 And I, Yoḥanan, saw the set-apart city, renewed Yerushalayim, coming down out of the heaven from Elohim, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. Rev 21:3 And I heard a loud voice from the heaven saying, “See, the Booth of Elohim is with men, and He shall dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and Elohim Himself shall be with them and be their Elohim. Rev 21:4 “And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away.” So if there was a hell where people were burning forever and ever then this would make Father Yah a liar. Father Yah says, so I believe. We can’t have a burning pit over to the left and then a place where there is no more pain for the rest of the people. There are too many other verses that point the other way. I think verses like 11 have been translated wrong. We read in so many other places that this cant be so. Also what would all those people be doing in an all fire hell if Satan is bound for 1000 years and then later on burned up himself? We have to put all the pieces of this puzzle together and then see what it looks like when we are done. Is it coming together for you yet? Is it starting to look like you know what the puzzle is going to look like when it is done? Rev 20:6 Blessed and set-apart is the one having part in the first resurrection. The second death possesses no authority over these, but they shall be priests of Elohim and of Messiah, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years have ended, Satan shall be released from his prison, Rev 20:8 and he shall go out to lead the nations astray which are in the four corners of the earth, We must look and See that Satan now goes to tempt those who lived on the earth that never had had known his temptations and his influences before. Wow how nice that would be. What would all those people in hell be doing without the Hell master while he is gone again from his post? The way the world teaches this he is always there. This is a big whole in there store. It is a 1000 year whole. The people being burned would be all alone burning, without being whipped without the other punishments that Pastors teach about. Those who are not in the book of life will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Now the person does not burn for ever and ever like many main stream Christians teach it. Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and death and the grave gave up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Rev 20:14 And the death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death.1 Footnote: Rev 20:15 And if anyone was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. Then we are told there will be no more tears or pain so you cant have people burning forever and ever over hear and then everything perfect in the Kingdom. This would make Father Yah a liar. We must really think about this along with everything else. Is the puzzle put together as a full picture piece? I hope it is. Rev 21:4 “And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away.” I do have another teaching called “ Do Good People Go To Heaven”. I will post it too very soon. I hope this was a blessing to you and I explained it well enough so the picture of there not being a hell fire came to light! Shalom, Brother Jay
