It is amazing how things within us can change so radically. i never could envision having relationship with the Holy Spirit. He seemed very intimidating and fearsome to me. Now of course, i realize, that it was sin talking. Sin blocks the light of the Holy Spirit from indwelling. Now i adore Him, my Friend, my Guide my Comforter. Where i once could barely sense or feel Him, now He is a constant in my life. When the enemy hits me with one of its nasty tricks, the Holy Spirit reminds me of His love, the love of the Father and the love of Christ. In bad moments of feeling a terrible inadequacy, of being totally unloveable, i hear I love you just for the precious child you are He is our inspiration to go beyond what we think is impossible and do them. i thank Jesus every day for this most precious of gifts He left us. The Holy Spirit prays with us, walks with us and stays with us through every trial, temptation and storm. His love sustains us, His light clarifies things for us and keeps us in truth. When we die, the Holy Spirit lifts us with His mighty wings and flies us straight into the heart of the Father forever.
