It is casted all across the globe that the national far-flung epidemic Bashar Al Asad is a conflict of interest between ruling shia and the antagonist rebellion. It gives me immense malaise to digest the same as it isnt mere socio-political or idealogical differences between two sects rather it is extravagant polarization between the east and the west (Russia and US+ allies to be more precise). The imperialistic brute force - the US and its key allies are dutyfully funding and timingly supplying arms to the opposition when the open secret is the rebellion are closely linked to the al-Qaida. Doesnt it imply the brute force would go to any extent and extend a helping hand to the arch-rival to retain its hegemony in this geography and thwart the expansion of eastern super-powers in middle east. The sworn enemy isreal iterates, the fall of Bashar-al-asad will be downfall of Isreal. ironically, it is hand-in-hand with the brute force in supporting rebellion and demolishing Asads defence system. The diplomacy here is, it doesnt want shia govt in the neighbourhood patronized by Russia, nor it likes to have sunni govt backed by US funded marionette (KSA, UAE, Qatar,...). Rater, isreal likes to expand its boundaries. I wish syrians understand the bigger picture about their gross loss in past three years, what they are currently loosing and what they will loose after this Geneva talk. May Allah swt bless them in the right path.
