It is definitely a new year and lawmakers are going back to the capital. In the past 24 hours I have had legislators who are sponsoring Erins Law from Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, and Alaska contact me. I also had a Rep. from Alabama contact me today very interested in Erins Law. Alabama is a state currently with no legislator introducing it. I just happen to be speaking at a conference in Alabama in early March just when their session begins so going to meet up with her and get Alabama on board with Erins Law. We have Cynthia from Alabama to thank for bringing Erins Law to the attention of this legislator. Now time for me to go book a flight to Colorado where I will be testifying two weeks from today at the capital. With 20 states that have passed the law and pending in 20 more I am convinced by 2016 we will have half the country with this law. As I tell legislators, I am not going away....dont tell me NO!
