Alpenfest, Paint the Town and Quilting on the Dry side! “Paint The Town” (Same weekend as Alpenfest) 4th Annual Plein Air Event – Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 Meet The Artists Watch the artists create a favorite scene on Main Street, Joseph, Ore. Artists create from morning until about 2 p.m. – Each one selects a location of their choosing from which to paint. At 2:30 p.m. gather in the courtyard at Kelly’s Gallery for a timed “Quick Draw” Event – watch from beginning to end and bid on your favorites!
