It is good to know that my Alma Mater, the University of San Carlos is part of the Integrity Initiative. Additionally, it has been validated as ADVANCE, the highest category of integrity standards. We hope that through the Integrity Initiative and Project I4J, we can engage more private organizations and local government units to take more institutional actions towards achieving competitiveness through transparent mechanisms.
