It is indeed a shame that barely 24hours, after the Yobe killings our govt officials were busy celebrating 100 years of Nigerian. Then I ask this question, what is there to celebrate? * Is it the high level of corruption: where govt officials steal billions of our naira and go scot free, its no longer our currency they steal now they steal in dollars, and the govt claims they are fighting corruption. Everyday we hear how money are been stolen by our govt officials and they govt of the day pays deaf hears to all this, instead of effect arrest they rather set up committee for that, in the advance country that official will be asked to step aside for proper investigation. Insecurity: the worst since the history of Nigerian existence, people are been killed on a daily basis with our so called security men oblivious of this fact. Rituals, rape, child trafficking, etc they all thrive in this country all we do is pay lips service. Militant: in this country once you claim tó be a militant you are empowered, they give monthly allocation to them, forgetting millions of graduate such money would have been channelled to, to help their lots. Instead they empower criminals. Boko haram: killing innocent citizens and we claim to have the best force in the world. Now they claim they dont know the terrain too well. Then I ask when we went to Liberia during the civil war in that country was there anybody to guide our troop was it not just a map that was given to our soldier yet they delivered, how come in our own country we dont know the terrain. Gen Victor Malu we need your services now just as you did in Liberia. Politics: all are jostling for once position or the other but they have forgotten we have God who is the ultimate that can decided who will live to see 2015. Very funny and Ironically speaking the bible says if you cant manage what you have properly, even that will be taken away from you and given to another person. Our present day politicians have failed themselves not us Nigerians. All we hear today is how they cross carpet from one party to the other all for personal interest. This is time for us all to arise and shine our eyes very well, another opportunity is knocking in the forthcoming elections let us vote the right people in, people that have program, not those that others will speak for. Leaders that have vision not vision less leaders we have today. The ball is now in our hands. God bless Nigeria.
