It is interesting how we have bought into the idea that Relationships are hard work. I hear many people say this, and I (key word being I) do not believe this to be true. Relationships were meant to be easy. It is the emotional drama, personal agendas, and our inability to recognize and agree with the fact that situations run their course. Nothing lasts forever. When we choose to disagree with the process of releasing and letting go, life becomes hard. If a relationship started out being exceptionally good, and then over time it changed and became negative ; why would anyone want to exist in such a space? It is toxic for the spirit, soul, heart, mind, and body. We were meant to thrive, not only live. If anything compromises this very truth, it needs to be released. We say that we love ourselves, and that we put ourselves first; but many of us do not demonstrate and live up to honoring this truth in our actions. If we love ourselves, then we are mindful of who we allow into our lives, and what we will allow to be done to us. We will recognize when something or someone is supportive and aligns with our purpose; or we will recognize when they are unaligned and contrary to our lives. We sacrifice our spirits and our very value for just filled desires; for the sake of not being alone; to have company around us and be validated externally; because society has told us that we need to be in spousal type relationships and that we are not as valuable if we are not; for financial gain, etc. Meanwhile, we are losing time and wasting life missing out on the happiness, fulfillment, love, joy, peace, and prosperity that was intended for our lives. Again - relationships are easy. If a relationship was amazing, and it is no longer that way; it is important to take heed to the sign, and choose to do something different. It is not worth it to deplete ourselves, investing valuable energy in situations that do not deserve our time, attention, patience, and intelligence. We were all made beautiful; all beautifully made - AND WE ARE BETTER, AND DESERVE BETTER THAN THAT!! Choose better for yourself, always. Fight emotion with logic and use intellect to make decisions, rather than feelings. I thank the spirit for providing revelation in amd through me.
