It is interesting to listen to the Commissioner try to dance around troubling questions. Now my question is this....WHY WOULD THE COMMISSIONER NEED TO DANCE AROUND ANSWERING QUESTIONS? Why wouldnt he just answer the question fully and honestly? The answer is, he is trying to answer in a way, that hides the real answer but doesnt get himself in trouble for perjury. Now why would we as a people want the IRS head caging his answer about wrong doing in a way that hides the truthful answer while protecting himself from perjury. In what world is that type of behavior considered honest and forthright? And if you have nothing to hide why must you behave as if you are hiding stuff? The Democrats will say its a political witch hunt and Rep Gowdy is playing politics. But really listen to his questions. They are very serious investigative questions the hit a the heart of wrong doing by a Government department. They are real and fair questions and why would the commissioner have to DANCE AROUND ANSWERING THEM if he wasnt hiding the truth and trying not to get in trouble for doing it. If there was no wrong doing or misbehavior, why would he have to dance around they way he answers. Why the song and dance pony show to avoid answering direct question with simple yes or no answers.
