It is interesting to me to watch how everything in life goes in cycles. I especially enjoy observing how I function in cycles. In the past as I strived toward growth, if I found myself back in a situation/pattern I would have gotten upset and beat on myself for failure. But for most part nowadays I find that when I realize i have returned or cycled thru another pattern if you will. I think oh crap or holy beep how did I end up back here, followed immediately by well is it really the same or just looks similar and so I look then for what is different. Perhaps It is something small or a huge difference. Perhaps it is as simple as how I feel about it inside that is different or the way I speak about or react to that is different. In any case I find the growth and praise myself for said growth and happily allow for continued growth by then trying to see what I could improve upon to either stop it completely or if that is not needed then how to simply maximize the best case of said scenario. The world as I know it is a funny fickle friend full if opportunity to grow from as low as tragedy to triumph. And everywhere in between.
