It is interesting to note that the study of war strategy and practice of war, the codification and expostulation of war, have a held a long and honored place in the annals of European and Asian groups who socioeconomically and politico-economically occupy and exploit the Afrikan american community and the Pan-Afrikan community worldwide. The Black Church, servant of White American interests that it is, and the Afrikan American community, shorn of its Afrikan cultural traditions, are bereft of a warrior tradition, mentality and outlook. except when called into military service by their White masters, they not only ignore the study and practice of war and of military strategy but, in essence, eschew them. - Dr Amos Wilson
