It is known in official history that only one year after Abdul Qassim, former leader of Iraq, overthrew the British-installed Monarchy, a young officer Saddam Hussein was recruited to assassinate him,and restore the hegemony of British Petroleum,He Failed and was wounded in the attempt.When further attempts failed ,the military was turned and used against the man that wanted a fairer share of the countries oil wealth to go to his people.A coup was orchestrated and he was publicly executed on iraqi television..Strange how Saddam having so cleverly dodged the same fate through a succession of body doubles and loylal/terrified body guards was himself executed live on the internet.
