Nkombo rose on a point of order to inquire from the Speaker on his position over the decision by 14 Cabinet ministers to pass a vote of no confidence in Acting President Dr. Guy Scott, a development that was exclusively revealed to the public by Mwebantu New Media. I want to take it upon my own volition though no one has asked me about it, I am man enough to say that was a huge error of judgment of my thought. I want to take the responsibility and give a blanket apology to what you might have heard. I am sorry Nkombo said in his apology over the remark.
