It is not even Thanksgiving yet and I am already tired of l all the posts for people that say you should not say Happy Holidays but Merry Christmas. You are not saying Christ is not part of Christmas if you say Happy Holidays when you dont know what religion someone is. If you know someone is of different religious beliefs and you say Merry Christmas on purpose (not by accident) you are disrepecting them. Happy Holidays is the polite thing to say and NOT a fend anyone. If you know what they celebrate then say Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah or whatever is appropriate. Show people you care about them! Thank you for reading my rant!
