It is not fascism when an organization or business fires or fines someone for something they said on social media. That is not the thought police. There are standards set up by individuals. If you have a business or an organization you should be able to set code of conduct guidelines for the people that work in your organization. Perception and integrity is everything in the business world. There are consequences to your actions, and that includes consequences to your speech.
