It is not the hectic internship duty that I detest...its the bullies all around in our hospital...telling a girl to go out at 10.30pm into sealdah market and get tea for everyone....pgts telling u that 24hrs duty means staying on as long as possible...basically working till u drop...bullies that come in the form of non co-operative nurses,unwilling interns,rude pgts,even ruder bloodbank personnel..damn...i feel like a fool trying to maintain asepsis for each neonate,saying sorry in my head to each sick neonate I prick for blood or give stomach wash,trying to learn as much as possible abt the weird beeping machines and stuff in SNCU...No one cares,really...#day 1 internship
