It is often devastating to find out that one of your loved ones is diagnosed with cancer..they simply are ignorant of it or the people surrounding them do not want to disclose the intensity of the treatment that follows or the repucussions it has on their daily lives..But living knowing that ur loved ones is suffering , with a sense of helplessness is more heart wrenching n torturing than suffering the same...what can one do to keep this epidemic at bay? no one knows. eating a well balanced diet n exercising and refraining from bad habits can be a few to name them... its all in the genes i guess..all we can do to help them , is to treat them just as normally as we did all the way along and be of support to them...giving special considerations for falling sick can only dampen their spirits...may God Almighty give them the courage to fight it and overcome the hardships with a smile...Please pray for all who are suffering at the moment.
