It is our pride as the abode of the renowned ALICIA MUSIKA KAWAYAN. This cultural group has been bringing honor and prestige to our place which we are hopeful to be an attraction for more tourists to visit our place in the future. Of the present time, the group is in the process of responding to an invitation for a performance abroad. The group is expected to do Concerts For A Cause in various areas in the USA. The group is highly hopeful to pursue such trip for the hope of incurring funds which could cater the purpose of securing its own service vehicle, so that whenever there are invitations for a show there is always one which could readily transports the members to the venues. Another thing is to repair and enhance the training hall of the members which was ruined during the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that hit the province a year ago. The United States of America anticipates for its visit the soonest possible time. This event is as great as its destination. This calls for a wide preparation which apparently we cannot do alone. The Alicia Musika Kawayan is composed of not less than twenty (20) young performers, so its apparently not that easy to facilitate everything as prerequisite of their trip. Just recently, the group has finally gotten the performers and staffs passports, and they are now ready for visa requisition. The staff is now laying out plans of incurring funds to defray the groups expenses for the plane fare which could be more than two million pesos. This post is an appeal for those who are kind hearted to be with us in building bridge for the AMK to pursue its trip outside the country. We are approaching anybody because we hope and believe that one will join us in our efforts. The Alicia Musika Kawayan relies on everyone of us. And thats why we need you!
