It is our privilege that Gujarat has got the opportunity to host Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, celebrating 100 years of Mahatma Gandhis return to India. Met Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Statistics & Programme Implementation Shri V. K. Singh in Gandhinagar today and did detailed discussion about the preparations done by state government for the special occasion. ગાંધીજી ભારત પરત આવ્યા એના માનમાં દર વર્ષે 9 મી જાન્યુઆરી એ ઊજવાતો પ્રવાસી ભારતીય દિવસ આ વર્ષે સવિશેષ મહત્વ ધરાવે છે કારણકે એ ઘટના ના સો વર્ષ 2015 માં પૂરા થાય છે .આપણું સૌભાગ્ય છે કે બાપુ ની આ ધરતી પર આ પ્રસંગની ઊજવણી નો લ્હાવો આપણ ને મળ્યો છે. ગુજરાત સરકાર આ પર્વની ખૂબ આયોજનબદ્ધ રીતે તૈયારીઓ કરી રહી છે. આજે ભારત સરકાર ના રાજ્યકક્ષાના મંત્રી શ્રી વી.કે.સિંગજી સાથે આ સંદર્ભે ગાંધીનગર માં વિગતવાર ચર્ચા કરી.
