It is perfectly possible to talk with the departed within a lucid dream. For this you must have already practiced control over your lucid dreams and moved on towards energy-generating realities; this kind of dream is not just the subconscious creating a scenario using memory of the person but a real meeting. One way to achieve this is of course to think beforehand of the person as if you were with them and it helps to also feel, see, hear and somehow add realness to the equation so you are not just thinking of them.
