It is really time for RG111 to step up. Enough of the potential he has. He makes enough money to hire his own personal coach who RG111 will hold himself accountable to. This coach needs to clue into what Jay Gruden wants and then keep RG111 FOCUSED. That is the Key. I really dont think RG111 has the focus to correct his play, motivate himself to follow through. If team ownership really want him, Show him how to improve and hold him accountable!! Does RG111 want to work? Does he want to play ... Really? Does he want to lead his team? Come on guys! !! In his last it seemed he was in a fog. Is he own something? Is he depressed? Hes got to snap out of it and get with his quarterback coach and WORK while the team determines what they are going to do. REDSKINS ... COME ON!!! DO THIS OR FIND AN ORGANIZATION WHO KNOWS FOOTBALL. THE REDSKIN NATION/TRADITION IS ONE OF THE BEST IN The LEAGUE !!!!! We deserve better!!! Joe Seawell
