It is sad to bid farewell to an organisation which has groomed me into what I am today. I had never thought that I would actually be confronted by the difficulty of dealing with the emotions which followed after handing over my resignation letter. This is my first step to achieving growth as an individual. It is a new start, but I will not be able to make it without the experience that I have gained at OUT LGBT Well-Being. I will forever be indebted to OUT and everyone who has contributed in making a success out of me - all those who believed in me.
