It is the time when brothers dont value their brothers lives. Its the time when a soul only means a few cash or a mere surge of momentary rage. Another life lost today in the hands of another one. The guy was still breathing when people swarmed around him. He couldve been saved. Maybe. Because it was, I think, 10-15 minutes after when the rescue (a police car with just the driver and no one else in it) arrived from a police station that was only a block away. By then he bled to death already. Poor guy. Witnesses said he was just nagpapa-photocopy beside Tams Bakery when he was shot three times. Not sure which part in his body but his head bled a lot when I peeked. Subhanallah.
