It is unfortunate that Neymar has a broken vertebrae as a result of Zuñigas reckless play and I wish him a fast recovery, however, to say that his intention was to injure Neymar to that extent its outrageous. Anyone who has played the game knows that at that level (generally speaking) players have a respect for each others health because they understand how hard it is to stay at that level. Did Brazilian Leonardo mean to break Tab Ramos skull in 94 during the US-Brazil match? I think not. Thiago Silva blocked Ospina in one play yesterday, preventing him from clearing the ball quickly... That is a dangerous play indeed since kicking onto someones back could easily get your foot broken, nothing happened to Ospina luckily, so no ones talking about that play which in my opinion as a viewer, was far more dangerous than Zuñigas play.
