It is very exciting to facilitate IT Enabled Communication, a course in MDM where communication is synonymous with development. The course is unique in itself - very stimulating, practical and enjoyable. It is based on the new age context. I see a great potential for success of this innovative course. Recently, a workshop on Blog Development was organized by the School of Management, Paralakhemundi. Students, especially from the rural areas, perceived blogging as an interesting and motivating learning experience. A three hour ‘doing’ resulted in the creation of personal blogs. Course updates, assignments, weekly reports, event details, student engagement and learning in the MDM blogging platform reflect the communication process and the impact.
