It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. So much of the strife we create and encounter is directly caused by our reactions instead of our reality; its easy to blame and hard to change. Yet what a change it is to decide to let go and find meaning and purpose wherever and whenever possible, no matter what others may think! I have made the mistake of being imperfect, of not having all the answers and of getting many of those answers wrong; yet Im discovering how to learn from and embrace that, not defend or justify it, and that process is changing my life. Be well today, friends, we all deserve to be happy so go take it!
