It is what it is. I am torn between knowing that this was a decent workout for me under the circumstances and knowing I can do better--especially when I look at how hard Mikey works out every dang day of the world. yes, I know we are nowhere near the same level of fitness, but the scientist in me knows that if I curve it so I can compare- I am not measuring up. Will have to work on that. 2 minutes X 2 Plank-- to hold form and meet (or maybe surpass- yay me) the 180 second goal for day 22. Then 5 sets: 10 situps 10 pushups, and 5 BURPEES, 1 mile at medium resistance (3:07, 3:05, 3:03, 3:04, & 3:02). Finished with a casual easy 1/2 mile. Not too bad for an old fat woman. BUFA is working on it kids!
