It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Right of Way Transit Inc. We are sad to say, that without government funding we are unable to sustain our business. After two years of business and dealing with a financial advisor, we have determined that the cash flow is just not there to support the overhead of offering a reasonably priced accessible transit service due to the high overhead cost of operating as well as insuring and maintaining a converted vehicle. We have made several efforts to continue the business and have approached both municipal and provincial government for support, but unfortunately the funds are not there. We recognize how important this service is for citizens living with a disability in Saint John and KV and really hate to take the service away. Unfortunately we have no other option. Our last day of service will be Friday July 11th. We would like to thank our valued customers for supporting our dream of a more accessible city. Sincerely, The Right of Way Team.
