It is with a very heavy heart that I share that my stepdad, Ron passed away peacefully at home this morning, with my Mom Lorraine Dernbach by his side. Ron was one of the strongest men Ive ever known, fighting a 20 year battle wtih Cancer. He taught me so many invaluable life lessons and I am so lucky he was part of our family and I had the honor to call him Dad. Rest in Peace, Ronto. We love you. Serives will be held at: Powell Funeral Home 67 Broadway, Amityville Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 Mass on Monday at St. Martin-Tours, Aityville - time TBD
