It is with great excitement that I can finally let everyone know Trios is growing! Today our company Trios Restaurant Management LLC is proud to announce that we have signed an agreement with Island Hills Golf Club to own and operate The Grille Tavern. TRM is aiming for an April 2015 opening. This new restaurant will feature a full service restaurant, pub, pizza and grinder kitchen, full service catering facility, and also event management. We are also proud to offer full food and beverage service to the luxury villa complexes on grounds at Island Hills. The Trios family now consists of four companies. Trios Deli & Marketplace, Trios Cafe @ Glen Oaks, Trios Catering, and now The Grille Tavern. With growth comes change. I will now be stepping into a management role in all of our companies. I will still be in the stores, just not as often. I am a terrible person at letting go of control but I promise to let our mangers take over in our stores. Thank you to each and everyone that has supported myself and Trios since August 2007. This truly is a great day!
