It is with great pleasure that OSTC announces the incorporation to the shareholding of its subsidiary OSTC Trading Spain SL of a significant investor through the signing of a partnership agreement. Mr. Agapito Sanchez Garcia has acquired a 25% stake in the OSTC Iberia operation which will provide for the further growth and development of our business in Spain and Portugal. Mr. Garcia Sanchez has accepted his nomination to the Board of OSTC Iberia in the role of Vice President of the executive board, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in financial markets, having occupied the role of vice president of RBC Dexia Investor Services Spain S.A. (Previously Bancoval S.A.) where was Managing Director. This agreement is another step toward the fulfilment of OSTC’s goal to consolidate its growth and presence internationally with local partners. With his knowledge in the local market and experience in financial markets, Mr. Garcia Sanchez makes an important contribution in our intention to grow in Spain and Portugal as well as getting us closer to our expansion plans into Latin America supported by OSTC Trading Spain SL. OSTC´s experience and knowledge in the futures markets, trading infrastructure and technology and close exchange relationships will support and benefit Mr. Garcia´s own family office in its execution performance and efficiency in the financial markets.
