It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I let you all know that Mr Squirrel took a sudden and unexpected turn for the worse and has passed away. I was aware that it was a long shot for a full recovery but was hopeful based on his initial progress and recovery. Taylor and I had become quite fond of our baby squirrel and had hoped for the best but it was not to be, but we do take comfort in knowing we did our best to care for him and at the very least provided Mr Squirrel with a home, warmth, food and TLC if only for a short time. Farewell Mr Squirrel....RIP
