It is with overwhelming sadness in my heart to share the tragic news of my Mothers untimely passing on Tuesday evening. A light of love in this world...Mary McGuire touched the lives of so many people. My brother Michael McGuire, his partner Billy Welch, my wife Kimberly Sheehan and Marys granddaughters Summer and Faith, along with our entire family, celebrate the life of a woman who was truly remarkable in countless ways. Known as Chicki to her family and close friends, and Grandma Chick to her beloved granddaughters...our hearts grieve. By Gods Devine mercy, He called her home and spared her further anguish having been diagnosed with cancer just days ago. She is undoubtedly at peace and reunited with her husband Mke who passed three short years ago. She danced and twirled her way into the arms of her Savior...and then met her Coast Guardsman at the dock one final time. There mustve been one incredible sunset in Heaven last night as they set sail. We love you, Mom.
