It is with sadness and joy that I write this tonight. Sadly, I wont be able to send you any more pictures of ceiling demolition. Joyfully, I wont have to spend hours at the top of the scaffolding hammering at plaster and snipping wire mesh from the ceiling! I can say with some certainty that I will not miss the gravel and mesh on the floor of the brewery. Yes, I think we can officially call it the brewery now. If I can ask a favor, please help me spread the word that it is no longer 106 George Street, where Fatty Js use to be. From here on we all should say, 106 George Street...where OUR brewery is actively under construction until we can say 106 George Street....where Spencer Devon Brewing is hard at work brewing Fredericksburgs beer I will take some pictures of the ceiling tomorrow and post them!
