It looks like another pretty day to enjoy. Ive got to go to the MollyMoo market for some milk, Im out. I shut her up last night. She has been feeding two calves and Im sure she needed the break anyway. Ive only been milking when I need it for us. Jim delivered beef and went to work today. Nice to be able to do it all in one trip. Thanks Nadine for buying our beef and also thanks to Mike and Cate, David and Kim for picking up their beef yesterday. Toni and Garey and family visited and picked up their farm fresh eggs and we had a great time. I was contacted by a Chef from St. Louis looking for Ossabaw pork and I hope that works out for us and for him. He was also interested in our Red Ranger chicken, duck eggs and goats milk. It really confirms that you are doing something right when the food industry looks for products raised correctly. Out to check on my animals. Have a blessed Sunday.
